PRACTICAL ACADEMY FOR LEARNING
PUSAT AKADEMIK DAN LATIHAN

PAL was established in 2019 to provide safe, structured, and empowering learning spaces for 6 to 17-year-old children in Malaysia’s B40 communities.
In 2024, Suriana further embarked on Early Childhood Education for 4-6-year-olds known as Project Bright Beginnings.
Beginning at PPR Desa Mentari, PAL has since expanded to serve families in Taman Desaria and Bright Beginnings in PPR Kg Muhibbah.
PAL offers free tuition in core subjects, digital literacy through its Computer Hub, and parent empowerment workshops. Bright Beginnings provides early childhood development programmes, emphasizing on important and progressive development for pre-school children.
More than just academic support, these centers stand tall as safe environments where children can learn, grow in confidence, and build character, while strengthening families and fostering resilient, thriving communities.

Beyond managing schedules and supervising volunteers, our certified teachers play a vital role in not just student academics but safeguarding the well-being of all the children under our care. The dedication of the teachers goes beyond the classroom, building meaningful relationships with students & their families alike to identify those who may need additional emotional and or educational support.
